LEGAL: The most commonly needed appraisal; For legal purposes other than tax donations. Ideal for hearings, bankruptcy, divorce, trustee matters, probate, wills, trusts and attorney assisted legal matters. Prepared to withstand scrutiny and delivered with comparable data.

FAIR MARKET RESALE VALUE: Resale market value appraisal with currently suggested resale value and estimated timeframe to sell. Many owners looking to sell use this appraisal to help them determine a fair asking price. This can also be shared with a potential buyer, which provides the buyer with confidence that they are paying a fair market amount for the timeshare.

DONATION: Our Appraiser is certified with the Internal Revenue Service, which is required for any tax deduction when donating a timeshare greater than $5,000.00 in value. Includes signed Internal Revenue Service form number 8283 for Non-Charitable Contributions for tax deduction purposes.
